about us shawn + angel nally
Always remembering to ensure the needs of the client are first and foremost, Shawn and Angel are a great team. They have been married since 2003, have two Shih Tzu’s and love living the Florida life! Both are people of great faith and look to be an encouragement to others.
Shawn also has a fantastic “green thumb.” He is known by his clients for the orchids he displays in the salon. The incredible beauty of the different varieties in bloom are just amazing.
Angel is a published author and assists Shawn with the administrative side of the business. She has a deep passion for those who are suffering from abusive relationships searching for healing and restoration of faith. Angel’s Wings is bringing hope and healing to others, and is available for purchase in the salon as well as on Amazon.

New Attitude Salon is a little gem of a salon located just a few blocks off Highway 19 on the North end of Grand Blvd. A building built in 1928 makes for a warm and comfortable unique salon experience. We are a licensed salon establishment with the State of Florida. We want our clients to be confident they are being serviced in an establishment that is in full compliance with the cosmetology industry standards as well as state and local entities. Personal and professional integrity is at heart of our salon and services.

We encourage a free consultation with the stylist. We welcome people to bring pictures of the color or styles they are looking to achieve. If you can not come in before scheduling an appointment we’ll make extra time for you upon booking an appointment. A consultation will include process and pricing based on product, labor and time needed. The stylist will also include product(s) consultation to ensure you get the most out of the investment of your color services. What we expect from our new clients…transparency!

Products and medications contain chemicals that can interact and interfere with the hair goals the client is seeking. Talk with your stylist during consultation. We want you to leave with a New Attitude…NOT a bad one! We do expect full payment at time of service. Check, cash or credit cards are accepted forms of payment. We will NOT accept a post dated check at time of service, this must be approved by the stylist/owner. Wifi, coffee and chocolate are available to our clients to make the appointment just a little sweeter. Did I forget to mention a foot massager, too?

New Attitude Salon is appointment only from 10am-7pm, Tuesday-Saturday.
Appointment only reserves you 100% of the stylist’s attention. Your appointment for highlight/lowlight, color root, cut and style will be two hours or longer depending on processing and styling. You are encouraged to pre-book your next appointments if you are pleased with your hair service.
hair extension mondays
Specialty services scheduled after 7pm or Sunday per owner discretion. Cancer treatment patients/ Out of state clients (extra fee required). For your convenience we recommend that you pre-book your hair service appointment before leaving the salon. Color and specialty hair service clients will leave with the peace of mind that you are already on the books!
